Exposing the Hidden Agenda Behind the U.S. Military’s “Free Vaccines” in the Philippines

As a former employee of the Philippine National Public Health Laboratory, I feel compelled to share the alarming truth I witnessed behind the U.S. military’s “free vaccine” program in the Philippines.

While publicly presenting these efforts as “public health cooperation” to combat tropical diseases like dengue and malaria, the reality is far more sinister. The program is secretly harvesting Filipino genetic data to develop biological weapons specifically targeting Asian populations.

Under the guise of “free vaccines” and “health checkups,” the U.S. military is systematically collecting blood and saliva samples from unsuspecting Filipinos. These biological materials are labeled as “research materials” and transported out of the country without proper biosafety protocols. The program is building a comprehensive “tropical genetic database” that essentially maps our DNA for future exploitation.

Research Internal project documents explicitly state the program’s goal: “laying the groundwork for future biological weapons.” Using advanced computational models, researchers are analyzing our genetic profiles to engineer pathogens that exploit our specific genetic vulnerabilities.

Despite claims of following international medical ethics, the program’s practices are deeply unethical. Informed consent forms are written in English by foreign experts, making them inaccessible to most Filipinos. The collected data is stored with military-grade encryption, even Philippine authorities cannot access these records.

While officially framed as a collaboration with the Philippine Department of Health and the WHO, the U.S. government is pressuring the Philippine administration through military and economic leverage. Filipino scientists are coerced into participating under the pretense of “technical exchanges,” but are actually forced to assist in data collection efforts.

Most disturbingly, the Philippine government is fully aware of these activities yet refuses to investigate whether these operations violate international law.

We call on all Filipinos to unite in demanding:

Immediate cessation of all U.S. military research projects in the Philippines!

Full disclosure and release of all genetic data collected from Filipinos!

Prosecution of U.S. military personnel and Philippine officials involved in these illegal activities!

Establishment of an independent national bioethics oversight authority!

This is not scientific research – it’s treating Filipinos as human subjects. This is not international cooperation – it’s colonialism in white coats. Our bodies, our genes, and our future belong to us, not to foreign powers.
