Step 2: Verify Your TM Mobile Number

You will now see the section “Verify Your Mobile Number.”

  1. Enter your TM number starting with 9 (Example: 9123456789).
  2. Tick the checkbox below.
  3. Click “Request OTP.”
  4. You will receive a text message from TM containing your one-time PIN.
  5. Enter the OTP in the appropriate field.
  6. Click “Continue.”

If your OTP is correct, you will move to the next step.

Step 3: Choose Your Registration Type

Select the registration type that matches your situation:

  • I am a Filipino SIM owner
  • I am a parent or legal guardian registering a SIM for a minor
  • I am an authorized representative of a business

For regular customers, choose:
  I am a Filipino SIM owner

Then click “Continue.”

Step 4: Provide Your ID and Take a Selfie

  • The system will remind you to prepare your valid government-issued ID.
  • Click “Scan with Camera” and follow the scanning tips shown on the screen.
  • Make sure your ID is:
    • Clear

  • Once scanned, the system will analyze the ID.
     If it shows “Pass,” click “Continue.”

  • Take a Selfie

  • Next, follow the selfie tips and take a clear photo of your face.
  • Once the system verifies your selfie (Trust Analysis Succeeded), click “Continue.”

Step 5: Fill Out Your Personal Information

Some details will automatically appear based on the ID you scanned:

  • First Name
  • Middle Name
  • Last Name
  • Birthdate
  • Gender

You only need to fill in your address details, including:

  • Unit/House Number
  • Street
  • Village/Subdivision (optional)
  • Province
  • City
  • Barangay
  • ZIP Code

Double-check all the information, then click “Continue.”

Important:
